Still 100% "Christmas Shoes" Free

The other night, we discovered that [livejournal.com profile] monshu's cable brings him two channels of constant Christmas carols. There's "Sounds of the Seasons", which is always there (FYI, apparently most seasons apart from Christmas are inobtrusively New-Agey) and one I've never seen in years past called "Traditional Christmas".

I'm having some difficulty telling what the difference is between the two. At first I thought it was just the relative ages of the people singing "I'll Be Home for Christmas", with the cardiganned-and-dead set predominating on the latter. The more I listened to Traditional Christmas, however, the more I became convinced that is was all Christmas songs written and/or sung by Jews. But then last night as I was leaving they were playing some boy band's rendition of "O Holy Night", which immediately shot to hell both hypotheses at once.
