I am a stalwart Roong Petch Thai devotee, even though they have drifted towards offering sushi (a step towards the Pan-Asian dark side, where there is wailing and gnashing of teeth and flabby egg foo young). I think I will try making ginger sweet tea, it sounds lovely. Gwyn
