I intended to compose a post about the Hospital of No Return, but ironically I wasn't able to because I've been waiting by the phone for a call from there.
I really hate not knowing what's going on.
ETA: My conversation with the operator at Stroger Memorial:
Her: Yes, dear?
Me: Yes, I'm trying to find a patient named Scout Master.
Her: (pause) I thought you were my daughter.
Me: I was gonna say, that was an awfully friendly greeting!
Her: (chuckles) Almost too friendly?
Me: Almost!
Her: What was the name again?
Me: Scout Master.
Her: Just a moment, dear.
