As long as you decant into a sterilized glass container, you can re-cant (which I'm sure is not a word) into a more standard sized bottle, and use the champagne cork preserver, if it's fizzy bitter lemon. If it's still, a regular old decanter works just fine. And if you have a WEE fridge (or are travelling to a party), glass jars look just fine. Although party guests are apt to ask if you have moonshine in those glasses. Gwyn
