My old housemate once had a middle aged male customer come into the fancy clothes women's clothes shop she worked in (think expensive faux bohemian stuff- like anthropologie in the US) and say he wanted to buy some camisoles for his transvestite 20 something nephew. She asked him what size he wanted, and he took out a photo of an actual woman taken in the seventies (70s film stock, rounded edges, that bobbly photo paper they used to use then and you can't get now) and claimed it was a photo of the nephew. My friend was really intrigued as to what was going on there.
