Lèsél bon tan roulé!

Still home sick, but feeling marginally less terrible, so I celebrated Fat Tuesday with a truly indulgent Monte Cristo and some classic Cajun music via YouTube. Sadly I can't share the former with y'all, but as for the latter here's Steve Riley and the Mamou Playboys with their rendition of "La danse de Mardi Gras":
