I was also wondering about the role of prosodic factors. Polish has fairly strict penultimate stress (exceptions primarily for Latinate borrowings like muzyka and festiwal), so you'd expect a general preference for Polski Dom, but there may be cases where Dom Polski flows better for whatever reason.
