I made very similar cookies this year. I got the recipe from a Martha Stewart magazine. Her recipe didn't have you leave them out to dry, and thus mine are quite soft. A bit too soft, I think. Next time I'll leave 'em out. Oh, and she also said to pipe the mounds, but I did the two spoons thing.
