Let me know some cheeses you're interested in, and I'll check with Eric Larson at the Marion Street Cheese Market. He's more than willing to try to get new cheeses in on request, and I can at least find out if he's got a line on anything from Scotland.
If that doesn't work, I can see what Zingerman's has the next time I pass through Ann Arbor-- there's nothing Scottish on their site, but their cheese counter is among the best in the country and I don't think they have anywhere near everything listed online. (BTW, if monshu likes honey, Zingerman's carries a Scotch whisky-infused heather honey that's just amazing-- apropos New Year celebrations, it really added a dimension to the traditional apples and honey at Rosh Hashanah.)
