That's how I feel about the plebeian everyday servers, who are usually much more accomodating. The usual one's shift ended just as I got there, though, and his replacement was someone with seniority, if not a manager per se, since I see him bossing around others regularly. The guys who don't wear chef whites actually seem mellower, but I haven't pulled this with one of them around. There's dysfunction somewhere in the works.
