Dude, sorry I haven't gotten back to you, but--just when it had lulled me into false security by weeks of relatively non-heinousness--my crappy webmail decided to go down for the count today. A two-hour scheduled outage has lasted something like six hours and counting. Has anyone picked up the gauntlet which Owlet threw down
