sorry for the delay in response. i didn't go for a number of reasons, not the least of which was the total hypocrisy of marching for freedom of expression alongside such great defenders of free speech as the saudi ambassador to france and the egyptian foreign minister. while i obviously deplore the attacks, the french response has been predictably nationalist and the #jesuischarlie stuff is not something i have any interest in being a part of.
