Garlic shoots are fairly commonly available here -- if you manage a trip back to Toronto we can make that happen easily. We also know a Uyghur restaurant that has excellent cumin lamb skewers, and even better, skewered cumin lamb kidneys -- perhaps we can tempt monshu?
